Financial Assistance for Demolition Projects

PCED strives to improve the appearance, property value and safety of residential neighborhoods within Phillips County. The Demolition Assistance Program is designed for residential owners to receive reimbursement funds of up to $2,500 upon completion of their demolition project.

These funds act as reimbursement to offset any accrued project expenses such as contractor fees, material removal and landfill costs. 

Application instructions and rules are found on the application form below. Please remember that annual program funds are limited and will be approved on a first-come, first serve basis.
