EMT Training Information

An Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) course will be offered in Phillipsburg beginning on January 13, 2020 and concluding May 26, 2020. The course consists of 204 hours of didactic instruction, practical skills, and clinical observation. The course will meet twice weekly and 1 Saturday a month. 

Upon completion of the course and properly motivated and capable participant will be able to demonstrate an understanding human anatomy, physiology, and the rationale and fundamentals of pre-hospital care and treatment of the sick and injured. Student will understand, recognize and provide appropriate basic life support care for life threatening and non-life-threatening emergencies.
