Starting October 15^th, 2025:

Location: Phillips County Courthouse, 301 State Street, Suite A, Phillipsburg, KS 67661

Monday, Wednesday, Fridays: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Tuesday, Thursdays: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Saturdays: October 18th, 25^th, and November 1^st: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Services provided include:

• Keep County Commissioner's official records
• Sell Cereal Malt Beverage Licenses
• File Moving Permits
• Voter Registration
• Notary Public     

Other duties include:

• Process accounts payable for all Phillips County Departments
• Process county payroll and prepare all necessary reports
• Maintain personnel files
• Maintain state voter registration database
• Prepare ballots
• Make real estate owner transfers
• Compute tax levies and prepare levy sheets
