Voter Registration
In Phillips County, Kansas, any voter may wish to submit a voter registration application to register to vote or to update their voter information (due to a name change/marriage, change of address, etc.)
The DEADLINE to submit a Voter Registration Application to vote in the Primary Election is July 16th, 2024.

**Please note that you will not be able to submit a ballot or vote online. This method only registers you to vote without returning any paperwork. The Kansas Online Voter Registration Application will also only work if you have a valid Kansas Driver's License or Identification Card.
If you do not currently possess a valid Kansas Driver's License or Identification Card, or would rather complete a paper copy, please click the link below and print a copy of the application.

2. Deliver your Advance Ballot By Mail Form no later than one week prior to the election -
For the 2024 August Primary Election - no later than July 30th
For the 2024 November General Election - no later than October 29th
