Voter Registration
When you register, you can affiliate with a party or be unaffiliated. During partisan primary elections, unaffiliated voters may affiliate when voting.
Registration Requirements
The DEADLINE to submit a Voter Registration Application to vote in the 2026 Primary Election is July 14th, 2026. The voter registration application period ends 21 days before an election (K.S.A. 25-2311).

**Please note that you will not be able to submit a ballot or vote online. This method only registers you to vote without returning any paperwork. The Kansas Online Voter Registration Application requires the voter to hold a valid Kansas Driver's License or Identification Card.
If you do not currently possess a valid Kansas Driver's License or Identification Card, or would rather complete a paper copy, please click the link below and print a copy of the application.

If you would prefer to have your ballot delivered to you by mail, please follow the link below and complete the form:

1. Fill out and Print the Advance Ballot Form.
2. Deliver your Advance Ballot By Mail Form no later than one week prior to the election -

For the 2024 November General Election - no later than October 29th

To register, please complete the Federal Post Card Application (FPCA). Acrobat Reader may be required to view the application. If you cannot access the form, please email clerk@phillipscoks.com or call our office at (785) 543-6825 and we will e-mail, mail, or fax the application to you. You may also obtain the Standard Form 76 - Registration and Absentee Ballot Request, Federal Post Card Application (FPCA) - from the U.S. Embassy or you Commanding Officer.
