Phillips County Health Systems has an immediate opening for a full-time Certified Dietary Manager to join our Nutritional Services team. This full-time position is a great opportunity for someone with a positive demeanor and strong leadership skills! The Certified Dietary Manager oversees the Nutritional Services Department and all related food service activities. The Dietary/Kitchen team enables a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring the product is fresh, in stock, and personalized dietary needs to aid in a speedy and healthy recovery for our patients. They are experts in food safety. This team leads food services including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, and delivery. Directs and supervises kitchen service activities and the delivery of food to the patients. Implements established procedures and methods for all kitchen service units. Experience: Must have sufficient previous managerial experience. Education: High School diploma or equivalent required. Certification: CDM Certification is a must.
