Employee may act as a representative of an Eligibility Specialist or Economic Services Specialist in their absence or if otherwise unavailable. Employee will assist in research to identify community partners as well as seek out community resources to meet clients' needs or for collaboration with leadership. Employee is expected to demonstrate a commitment to customer service and will participate in activities in support of the Agency mission. The position requires a commitment to work effectively with other units and DCF Divisions in providing a harmonious work environment that is conducive to improving agency outcomes and office operations.
